It is a mobile app for designing motorised and manual curtains: choosing materials and finishes, configuring the mechanism, previewing the result in a room, and placing an order for delivery. This policy explains what information the app handles and what happens to it.

Almost everything you do in Edose Evo is stored locally on your phone and never leaves it unless you place an order:
Deleting the app deletes this data. We have no copy of it and cannot restore it.
To make and deliver your curtains we need to know who you are and where to send them. When you complete Checkout, the following order slip is sent to us:

An order number and estimated arrival date are generated for Order Tracking and My Orders. Order records are kept as long as needed to fulfil, support and account for the order, and as required by tax and consumer law, then deleted.
Order details are shared only with the people needed to make and deliver your curtains: our workroom, the installer, and the courier. Each receives only what they need (a courier gets your address and phone, not your design history). We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We will disclose information if legally compelled to, or to protect the safety of our customers or staff.
The Room Preview renders inside the app using bundled assets. It does not use your camera unless a future version asks for permission explicitly, in which case this policy will be updated first.
Cash on delivery is handled in person and involves no card data. If you choose another payment method offered in the app, payment is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy; Edose Evo never stores full card numbers.
You may ask us to show, correct or delete the order details we hold about you at any time by emailing harper.jensen56@gmail.com with your order number. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting an order that is still being manufactured may cancel it; we will confirm with you first.
Everything stored on your device can be cleared by removing the design from My Designs or by uninstalling the app.
Edose Evo is intended for adults purchasing home furnishings. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has placed an order, contact us and we will remove the record.
Order details are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems available only to the people fulfilling your order. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.
If the app starts handling data differently, we will update this page and change the effective date on the plate at the top. Material changes will also be noted inside the app before they take effect.
